Is this the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. MarketingWala Connect is built on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). No QR codes, no WhatsApp Web tricks.
Will my number get banned?
Not for using our software, because it is the official API. Meta can still limit numbers that many people block or report, so only message customers who agreed to hear from you.
Who pays Meta’s message fees?
You do, directly to Meta on your own card, at Meta’s official rates. We add no markup. Replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free.
How many people can I message?
New businesses can start chats with 250 different people every 24 hours. Verify your business with Meta and it rises to 2,000, then up to unlimited as you grow. Replies to customers are not limited.
Do I need a developer?
No. You connect your number in about 10 minutes with a guided setup, or we do it with you on a short screen-share call.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app?
Often yes: Meta lets many WhatsApp Business app numbers connect and keep chatting on the phone. If Meta doesn’t offer it for your number yet, you can use a new number.
How do I pay for a plan?

Is there a free trial?

What do I need before I start?
A Facebook account that is not restricted, a phone number that is not on WhatsApp (or your WhatsApp Business app number), the phone to receive a code, a card that can pay in US dollars for Meta’s fees, and your business name.
How long does template approval take?
Meta reviews message templates, usually within minutes and sometimes a few hours. You get a notification when it is approved.
Can I send images, videos and PDFs?
Yes. Templates can have an image, video or PDF header, and in the inbox you can send photos, videos and files to customers who messaged you in the last 24 hours.
Can my team share one inbox?
Yes. Growth includes 3 team logins and Pro includes 10, all working in the same inbox.
Do you have an API?
Growth and Pro include an API so your website, shop or CRM can send WhatsApp messages automatically.
What is done-for-you setup?
For a one-time $30, our team connects your number with you on a screen-share call and helps with your profile and first template. Free on yearly plans, refunded in full if we cannot connect your number.
What happens when my trial ends?
Sending pauses until you choose a plan. Your contacts, templates and messages stay safe.
Where is my data stored?
On our secure server; WhatsApp messages pass through Meta. Access tokens are encrypted and you can delete your account and data anytime from My account.
